One of the most meaningful traditions of the Arthur Nagel Community Clinic's 12th Annual Cork & Fork – Lone Star Liberty celebration is recognizing individuals whose dedication has transformed the health and well-being of our community. This year, guests will celebrate two distinguished Hometown Heroes and the presentation of the Champion of Care: Rural Healthcare Excellence Award—the first award of its kind established by the Clinic to recognize extraordinary leadership in rural healthcare.
